Tony Garner

I have worked in the residential design & construction industry for over 35 years; 24 years of which I have spent at director level, performing the role of Technical Director for over 20 years. I have gained a vast knowledge of all aspects of the development process from land purchase, full construction, and customer services. I have a keen eye for detail through all RIBA design stages (including board related issues) and have also been involved in volume residential design & build housebuilding through too many individual high-rise, mixed-use complex high value residentially led schemes.

Companies worked for at director level include: Canary Wharf Group PLC, Berkeley Homes PLC, Barratt Group PLC, Seller Developments and most recently Watkin Jones Group PLC.

Roles performed include Deputy MD, Technical Director, Production Director and most recently Development Director with board roles performed for three previous companies. I have also headed up the ESG strategy and group target setting for my previous employer and sat on sustainability working group committees for Canary Wharf Group, Barratt Homes, Berkeley Group & Watkin Jones PLC. Sustainability is personal and professional passion.
